As a Managing Director / Executive Producer / Operations Lead, Andrea has spent the last 15 years helping to shape design-led companies. For brands and teams of all shapes, sizes, and stages, Andrea has had a transformative impact, using her multidimensional experience to establish new processes and structures – not simply replicate them (Apple, Saatchi & Saatchi, Netflix, Elephant) Her work has served to energize teams, accelerate creative production, and increase revenue for mission-driven companies and brands.
Her early hands-on experience in design, and a ceaseless curiosity (including becoming MIT-certified in the design and building of AI products and services- 2021) have led her to push beyond the typical parameters of executive operations roles. She deeply understands the creative process and mindset, helping her establish new standards for roles within organizations she works for. Whether as a founding member of a new studio or for a leading blue-chip company, Andrea is looked at as a facilitator of business innovation.
